Physical products such as art kits, printed workbooks, and creativity tools shipped to your address.

3. Purchases and Payment

4. Use of Services

Services and content are for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our offerings without express written permission from CreatesNewAir.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative content, including text, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of CreatesNewAir. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Creative Services

If you cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours in advance, you may transfer it to another date within six months. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable due to preparation and resource commitment.

6.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within seven days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the digital material. Once content access has been granted, we cannot issue a refund.

6.3 Goods

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatesNewAir and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any service or product at our discretion if you violate these terms.
